When should you check your shoes for wear?

Running shoes typically provide optimal cushioning and support for 300-400 miles. 

If you just purchased new running shoes, we recommend you check them when you hit 300 miles. 

Simple math:  Your typical # miles per week times 4 weeks per month = # miles/month — when will you hit 300 miles?
