Returns & Exchange Policy

The Runner’s Edge, Inc. wants you to have Happy Feet and be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Runner’s Edge, Inc. Product may be returned in new or (slightly used condition) within 30 days from the original invoice date.

  • To receive a refund or exchange for the full price/value of your purchase, products must be returned in new, in-the box condition within 30 days from the original invoice date with a copy of the original invoice and all boxes and packaging materials.
  • Non-new condition products must also be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date and can be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value or for a store credit for the product value. All Non-New returns must be approved by The Runner’s Edge, Inc. before being returned. An Return Authorization # will be issued for these returns via email.
  •  All products must be returned with an Return Authorization # which is issued from The Runner’s Edge, Inc. via email only.
  • Print and fill out the returns and exchange form. Include the Return Authorization # on the form and fill out the entire form.
  • All return packages must be shipped using a shipping service that tracks packages and provides your return with a unique tracking number for your return. The Runner’s Edge, Inc. does not accept responsibility for lost shipments.
  • We do not accept returns from other web stores, retailers or manufacturers.
  • We stand behind the products we sell and if a product is deemed to be defective we will gladly replace the product with the same product as the original product purchased. If the original product is no longer available The Runner’s Edge, Inc. will replace the product with the suitable vendor replacement at the time of the defective return.
  • Product returns after the 30 day time frame will receive a store credit.
  • PayPal refunds made more than 60 days after the original invoice date are will incur fees charged by PayPal. The Runner’s Edge,Inc. will refund the total value of the product purchased less any PayPal fees.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment provided and will include the product and tax amount.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • The Runner’s Edge, Inc. reserves the right to limit product returns

We do not accept freight collect returns.
We do not ship internationally except Canada.
